In the wealthy country of Norway, food waste is a gigantic problem with no apparent solution. An entourage of four young men decides to do something to raise awareness of the issue and initiate social change and political will to do something about this. They plan a 5 week long bike tour from the north of Norway to the south - approximately 3000 kilometers - a huge effort which will require them to eat a lot of nutritious food along the way. The only problem is their one, strict rule: All meals have to origin from food waste. Though the task seems hard, there are many helpers along the way who are fed up with seeing good food in dumpsters. Exploiting the expired has never tasted this good.
