BLIX NOT BOMBS (Greta Stocklassa, 2023, Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, 85 mins)

Greta Stocklassa was eight years old when she watched the televised coverage of the terrorist attack and all the subsequent events. She knew Blix from videos where people mocked him, portraying him as weak and incompetent. Blix's task was clear: to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and eliminate them. But how do you search for something that may not even exist? The President of the USA handled it his own way, and thus came the war, now deemed a mistake by everyone. However, war is not something where mistakes are allowed. This troubles Greta too, so she decides to visit Blix and conduct several interviews with him, which she then contextualizes to create a profoundly human documentary.
