Amnesty International Prague

We are a group of volunteers from Prague and its surroundings working under the Czech branch of Amnesty International. In Prague Amnesty we meet regularly, discuss together, prepare events for the public and participate in the activities of the whole movement. Approximately once a month, we organize events for the public on current human rights issues in the form of documentary screenings, discussions with interesting guests or lectures with experts on the subject. The range of what we do is quite varied and we are always open to new ideas and faces. We operate on a completely voluntary basis, with everyone contributing according to their interests, abilities and time availability.
