Galerie Fotografic

Galerie Fotografic is located in Stribrna Street in the Old Town. It focuses on the presentation of contemporary photography, including multimedia overlaps into other artistic fields. Up to ten exhibitions of Czech and foreign artists across all generations will take place every year. Both established and emerging artists are encouraged to present their works in often unexpected installations and thus Fotografic becomes a living laboratory of various artistic approaches. To supplement the exhibition plan, we also regularly announce an open call, which is open to all innovative projects in the field of photography, video art, interactive media, as well as painting or drawing. The exhibition program also includes discussions and guided tours with artists or related film screenings. Fotografic is also an open cultural space and therefore we like to participate in various festivals and community projects such as Betlemska kulturni noc, Fotograf Festival, Noc literatury or Prague Quadrennial.
