Uhelna VŠCHT Praha

The 1930s coal plant, hidden in the middle of Engel's college block, has the feel of a Jules Verne novel. Instead of coal, students and staff of the University of Chemistry and Technology now occupy the sloping spoil heap transformed into a tiered auditorium. Among other things, the space is used for student leisure events, such as film screenings by the Uni-Art student association.
