About
Franta and Ondra, eternal children and indistinguishable twins, live in a magical world with their animals. They share every day, every routine and every thought. Mirror images on the outside, yet two completely different souls within. Years of inseparable life together have begun to overwhelm them. Franta longs to break free, dreaming of flight and of a world beyond the walls that bind them. Ondra keeps his feet firmly on the ground—resigned, rooted and enclosed within the familiar. Can anything still separate them? Is escape even possible when your entire world wears your face? Will love prevail, or will only death finally tear them apart?
By attending the event, visitors give permission to have their person photographed and audiovisually recorded for the promotional purposes of the KineDok project.
Better Go Mad in the Wild
The film Better to Go Mad in the Wild follows the Klišík twins, eternal children living in the Šumava wilderness with their pets. Humor, daily routines, and the brothers’ contrasting souls create a magical portrait of life outside civilization.
